TGIF, my chicky chicks! We made it! I am so exhausted.  I know I have no room to complain about weather since we are not trudging through snow and such, but this FREEZING weather and no sunshine is really starting to get to me.

This quote spoke to me from the depths of Pinterest & helped motivate me to jump on some tasks I have been meaning to do, just for me. This beautiful Carmakoma backless, white textured dress from ASOS is screaming summertime and I am so beyond ready for the weather to get a little warmer.  I finally downloaded Beyonce's new album.. I know, I know.  I forgot how much I love the warmth of her voice, and she made the gym suck a little less this week.  I officially joined the Julep Maven bandwagon and got my first order!  I am addicted to nail polish colors and getting high quality polishes monthly in the mail is the perfect set up for me.  Sign up through this link* & your first box is free!  If you don't recognize that super adorable face in black and white then google Aidy Bryant & do yourself a favor.  I love her on Saturday Night Live... she's HILARIOUS.  I love seeing a plus size woman on the show and this week she favorited one of my tweets, so we are basically BFF now.

Friday Favorites

one: i am so very excited for the 2nd annual FRIENDSGIVING at the house of my bffs!  all the good food, the great wine, and the best people.  the actual turkey day is normally reserved for family & food fights, so i am thrilled to kick back with my buds this weekend :)

two: my sister and i are gearing up to see catching fire this weekend, too.  apparently it is already out, but that shows you how much attention i pay to trailers... THEY GIVE THE WHOLE MOVIE AWAY!  I love my girl J-Law.

three:  like many of my fellow pinners, i am so intrigued by the idea of contouring!!! i did admit on twitter that i am slightly weary of the process, but i found this compact that has the two shades in one convenient package.  i want to get my hands on it to try it out. maybe, maybe.  do any of my little chickens contour? what are your favorite products?

four: it has been a hot minute since i updated you all on my netflix queue status... I know you guys were all waiting with bated breath to find out what show i am binging on this week.  HART OF DIXIE! i told my mom that i watched the first two episodes and that i thought she would like it... i talk back with her mere hours later to find out that girl binged half the first season.  (it runs in the fam!)  it really is super cute & i am super obsessed with jaime king.

five:  i put these ugg lynnea II on layaway at tj maxx a few weekends ago, and i am going to pick those beauties up on saturday.  they're beautiful and we are perfect for each other!

Friday Favorites

I just love to talk about things I love.  Which is right now includes but is not limited to the following:

 I was sent this Olay Va-va-vivid cleanser from Influenster and I have used it every day since.  I love the smell and the little brush thing vibrates and gets your face super clean and makes it SO smooth.  I definitely recommend trying this!  Oh, and the best part is that it smells AMAZING!

 Continuing my Netflix television show obsession, I moved on to Melrose Place.  At times it is completely melodramatic at times but I am so addicted to finding out what happens and hoping it gets more saucy.  PLUS: the early 90s fashion is painfully entertaining.

 No description needed! HA! I ordered my first pair of Tory Burch flats as a gift to myself and they should arrive sometime next week. I can't wait to style them up this spring!

 Starbucks announced their new drink this week, and as a SBUX ADDICT... I LOVE IT!

Definitely worth trying a triple venti nonfat one! :)

I feel like I talk about Gwynnie Bee all the time, but it is really never enough.  Getting 1-3 new garments delivered to my door a few times a week is JUST as amazing as it sounds.  Do yourself a favor and stop delaying and sign up for your free trial today.  Clothing without commitment AKA never having to worry about what you are going to wear on the weekends :) :)
