feminine florals + valentine cheer

Happy Valentine's Day to you and your sweetheart!It is such a beautiful and sunshine-y day here, so I chose this day to whip out some surprises.I have never worn this top before.  I bought it on clearance and it's two sizes too big.  This can be cured by belting, everywhere but the neckline- which is gaping + troublesome.BUT the day felt right for florals, so here we go:

My day will consist of nothing special.  Working + then studying for three daunting exams tomorrow.

saturday style, snow edition

Snow Style.

Well, we had THREE snow days this week.

And that was exhausting.

Here's a comfy outfit for a casual snow day spent inside with three wild dogs + 

absolutely no productivity.

The burgundy sweater is another one of my thrifting treasures I found this weekend.

I hope to hit up some thrift stores this weekend, in between exam cramming + paper writing.
