FBFF: Spring Trends

Favorite Spring Trends
This week for FBFF, hosted by ModlyChic,

I was asked: What are the top five spring trends that you are looking 
forward to seeing/sporting this season?

Boy, it was a tough job narrowing it down to five.
On with the show...

ONE: CHIFFON PLEATS:
 I mentioned my love for chiffon pleats here and here. I still feel the same way!
I love the look and I hope it sticks around
TWO: CUTOUT PLATFORM WEDGES:
They are in almost every store.  Some of my favorites this season are hailing from Nine West.
I need to get my hands on some, pronto (pup).
THREE: WHITE SKINNY JEANS:
I already found the peeeeerrrrfect pair in my price range- HERE
just have not quite allocated that money yet... 
(hint hint birthday/graduation gifts wink wink nudge...)
FOUR: ORANGE ORANGE ORANGE:
It's all about orange this spring, and don't just take my word for it.
Wow, that really sounded like a salesperson... HELLO!
Even though I despise the orange that is worn around my part of town, I like the corals and burnt orange.
Throw in some ruffles, like above, and I might not ever take it off.
FIVE: GYPSY JEWELRY:
I already have my gypsy necklace, but the piles and piles of bangles on the scene are making me smile.
I love the eclecticism and beauty of the groups together.
Get it, Esmerelda.

    white skinny jeans, YES!!! so need a pair...i used to live in white pants, show off this butt of mine :D had allll the boys at the yard ;) I need to get the trend going again here.

    i'm with you on the cut out wedges, that would be hot to rock :)

    I am SO with you on the white jeans and cutout shoes! The trends i am so excited to rock for spring are wedges, maxis, and bohemian touches! Thanks for your tip..definitely gonna go check out my nearest Ross for some dresses!

    I LOVe the orange for this season. I'm too messy for white jeans (I'm a SAHM), but I have a white blazer I'll rock. :) Great list!

    Oh yeah, chiffon pleats and the wedges are great! would wear both in a heartbeat! Orange is not on my list of fav's though. Just can't warm up to it. Maybe because I look weird in it :D

    Those are awesome shoes you have in the pic - love those!! I chose the orange thing too - which I am really loving with turquoise. Gypsy jewelry is cool - I may have to get on that bandwagon!

    OoOoO...GREAT picks! i totally want some white skinny jeans! and i JUST bought my first set of bangles from h&m (they have sizes instead of one size fits all)...i have never been able to wear them because my wrists are too small so they would fall off and drive me bonkers! YAY!

    I saw trends about orange and was shocked. I wore orange a few times recently only because of my Color Rotation Challenge. Maybe I'll have to start wearing it more. I like when the trends involve things I already own. I also like that bright colors are in because the past 6 months I have been trying to wear my colors more.
    Belted dresses and skirts should be a trend because I like it but I didn't see that trend anywhere. Did I just miss it?

    I like how you used pictures to explain what the trends were. That helps someone who didn't realize what the trends even were before trying to make a post.

    I need more orange in my closet! As far as belts, I think thats pretty much a year-round trend these days, & not spring specific so that is probably why... Thanks for visiting, Colleen!

    I have 4-5 orange things in my closet but they are all older styles. The shirts are shorter so it limits how I can wear them. Maybe I need something new to throw into the mix. I would like an orange pencil skirt. that would be different. I want a pencil skirt in every color though. Plus I want pencil skirts in patterns.
