current obsession: {feather extensions}

Current Obsession of the Moment:
FEATHER HAIR EXTENSIONS!
I see them everywhere.  On waitresses, models, Steven Tyler.

I want them so bad.
My hair is an odd length and I am focused on growing it out,
but I just don't feel like waiting.

These (above) are available on etsy, and the amazing thing about them is that they are wash and wear.  You shampoo, blow dry, curl these babies and they last 6-8 weeks.
I am OBSESSED. I like the skinny natural toned ones.
What are your thoughts on this new hair trend?
Are you a fan?
Know anybody who has them?
Hit me up with some knowledge, chickens.

Happy Sunday!

  2. I secretly want to be in on this trend, (ever since I saw Kandee Johnson do them! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQoEv__ovAk ) but alas, my student days are going to be over soon, and I have to strive to look more professional. I think the look is cute and is super fun! You should totally try them!

  3. We totally did that in the early 80's. When I was in junior high in 83-84 everybody had them. Ours were like these. http://www.etsy.com/listing/42885708/babam-old-school-feather-roach-clip-hair All sorts of colors, everything from natural to neon. My favorites were peacock feathers.

  6. I know I already tweeted you about it, but I just looked up the seller I got mine from:

    Check it out! If you have someone to put them in, that makes it so much cheaper - and convenient! :)

  11. I love peacock feathers! But since I work at a school, I have to stick to more natural... I love them all, and once summer time hits I might grab some neon!
